28. Great, great customer service! I received the battery in 2 days as promised. When I received it, I thought it was the wrong one. When I spoke to customer service on the phone, I realized it would fit my computer and it was a larger battery. Toshiba had the same battery for $100 more!!!! Laptop Battery is now bookmarked in my favorites.

51. I typically do not provide feedback on Internet purchases but I felt compelled to this time. My son just returned to college to start his sophmore year and the battery in his laptop died. I researched the Internet and was bombarded with web sites selling batteries. Many did not disclose where they were located and the ones that did seemed to all be in California. Being from south western Virginia I was pleased to find that you were located in Tennessee. Since my son needed the battery quickly I called and spoke to Beth who said the battery was out of stock but the was a large shipment in the warehouse and the battery I needed may be in that shipment. I looked later at the web site and it showed the battery in stock. I immediately placed the order and had the battery shipped to my son at school in North Carolina. It arrived two days later and worked perfectly. The ordering process was simple and did not requiring registration like most web sites. That was a nice touch. I will not hesitate to purchase from the Laptop Battery Store or recommend you to others when laptop batteries are needed.

The customer service reps I spoke with were not totally familiar with the product, so in the end - if they had known the specs better, I probably would have selected a different model of battery (one that is flush with my laptop), but overall I'm satisfied with what I got.
